Overall I love the jewelry and the customer service experience has been great too. I had an issue with one of my orders arriving late after paying for expedited shipping and I reached out to customer service for assistance and they offered me a gift card or free gift for my troubles. The jewelry itself is of good quality and I love that each item comes in a sturdy esthetic blue box with a mini cloth to keep it shiny.

I hemmed & hawed for weeks before purchasing my silver Rory chain charm bracelet and now I wish I hadn’t waited so long. It’s gorgeous and I’ve been complimented on it several times (especially on where I purchased it). The quality is excellent and so fairly priced. I did not need to contact Customer Service for any reason (ordering & product delivery was flawless) but I’m pretty sure that if I needed to, that service would very likely mirror the Theo Grace products they sell: first in class!

I contacted Theo Grace and they responded immediately with such concern, I could tell via email that they actually cared about my event like we were family. It made me feel supported and with such surprise Theo Grace will be sending me a new bracelet free of charge!

Paid extra for expedited shipping to have this as a gift. Received notification day before that this was submitted to FedEx after the cutoff time and was now going to be 1-3 days late. Not happy about paying for something that was not received when expected. Company representative reached out offering 20% discount on next order, however, that is standard discount right now for everyone and something I won't be using as I do not plan to order from them again.

I tried ordering. The website says free delivery over 40€ but I am being charged. They advertise 15% off if you subscribe but the code they give says it is already expired although I just subscribed. I wrote an email but haven’t had any reply.

Deceitful descriptions of materials used. If it says silver, it's plated, not sterling. They refuse to cancel, even if the description is inaccurate. The quality does not justify the cost. Cheap stuff!

Love love it…. I had my four children’s names and my first soon to be grandson‘s name added to it. I haven’t taken it off since I received it.
