I am very pleased with Theo Grace, its products and with Customer Service! I have purchased several beautiful items with them. I used Customer Service once and they took care of my concern immediately. Thank you.

I am just having trouble trying to figure out how to add a bead to my existing necklace that was purchased from your company

This company is a joke no ability to talk to anyone. Customer service says constantly the item will be delivered but still nothing. Opened a case with fedex and Theo Grace claims they are re-ordering the item with a rush then comes back and says the shipping has been resolved but still see the shipment sitting in the same place for 15 days. Now I can't even get a response from Customer service. Time to file fraud charges as this is unacceptable from any company.

I love that I can get a gift for everyone in my family. Whether they be my daughter or my sons. Being able to add personal touches like engraving or pictures in my future purchases is a fun concept. The shipping package seems eco friendly which I like and the box to store the jewelry is elegant.

The piece I ordered it perfect, its pretty and you can tell made with high quality materials. Its something I feel I can wear daily, dress up or down. I also love that its not heavy, its lightweight and very comfortable around the neck. I 1000% plan to order again in the future for myself and or gifts for loved ones.

I ordered a necklace for Mother’s Day, and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with both the product and the overall experience.The delivery date was not as originally stated, and it only arrived a couple of days before Mother’s Day. I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time and thought I might need to purchase another gift.
In addition, the pendant is much larger than expected. From the photos and description, I believed it would be much more dainty and delicate in appearance.
I’m also unhappy with the clasp design. The hook-style clasp slips out very easily and does not feel secure at all.
Overall, I’m not satisfied with the quality or design of the necklace.

I ordered mothers day gifts ‘guaranteed to arrive in time for Mother’s Day’. They arrived after Mother’s Day. Also the quality was terrible- looks so cheap and the engraving is so small it’s unreadable. Stay away.

This is the second ring I have purchased like this. The first one was so beautiful and so I decided to order one for my daughter in law as well. She was so surprised. It is absolutely beautiful. The quality is amazing and I absolutely will be bookmarking this website for future use.

This necklace is so beautiful and unique. The picture doesn’t do it justice. It is way bigger than the picture shows. Shipping was way faster than it stated. I receive d it a week sooner than it said.
