The customer service is excellent. I received an email informing that my delivery had been delayed and offered a discount for my next purchase. I am a repeat customer but this time I bought a bracelet for my mom with her children’s names on it and she loved so much and couldn’t stop smiling looking at it.

The ordering was simple, my gift was shipped out very promptly, and my mom couldn't be happier with her necklace!

Overall happy with purchase. Yellow GP is more mustard yellow. No clasp, you just secure on a link. The stamping of the names on the gold bslls could be bolder, hard to read unless you’re really looking closely.
It’s a great length and wears well, looks good.

I ordered the Birthstone Necklace. I had my grandchildren’s birth months placed in the necklace. It looks very dainty and nice.it was delivered in a very nice gift box along with a cloth for gold and silver. It was even delivered a day early and the tracking made it nice.
I will definitely purchase from this company again.

I ordered the Coco Hexagon Photo Ring with a picture of our recently deceased and well-loved cat, for my daughter. The ring is beautiful! The photo is recreated perfectly and is high quality. The item was also delivered very quickly, it took less than a week. It's going to be a birthday gift and I'm sure she will love it. I highly recommend this ring!
