Not a great experience at all. Not even sure if I will receive what I paid for. The advertisement led me to believe the order would be delivered by Mother's Day and charged a $10 shipping surcharge for delivering by that day. However; I received an email a few days later with a delivery date of 05/15. I reached out to their customer service and received apologies and acknowledgement of my frustrations, and they would try to rush. Today is 05/16 and now I'm being told that the delivery will be another 1-3 days late. I've asked for my money back and at the very least my $10 dollars for the expedited shipping and they offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Pretty sure I won't be ordering anything again from these folks.

I loved the outcome of my order and the engraved names of my babies. The shipping is not that bad, and I honestly just love everything about my order. Thank you for keeping your products as true as you portrayed on your social media.

It’s a beautiful cross and chain very elegant and in a lovely presentation box I bought as a gift but I’m keeping it for myself….delivery was longer than I expected and no communication with delivery status I got a link but it didn’t tell me anything only that it was in transit…customer service was excellent

Placed order 5/4/26, paid $15.00 for express shipping guaranteed to arrive by 5/12. Item still didn’t ship, however I contacted them and was refunded the express cost.

I love the quality of their product. I also love the customer service aspect of it. And they keep you updated along the process. I also like that they send you a picture of your product before it gets shipped out so you get a sneak peek of your jewelry piece! Overall it is a great company. I have been buying their product for years!

I ordered a gift for Mother's Day a few weeks before, and was told delivery would be by May 8. It never arrived and Mom did not have a gift for Mother's Day from the kids. Now, nearly a week later, it still has not arrived. The tracking information says that package cannot be delivered or returned to sender, and Theo Grace customer service is nowhere to be found. So disappointed in the complete absence of customer service or follow-through. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered 3 necklaces for family members for Mother's Day. They all loved them. The ordering process was quite easy and the price was great! They make a great keepsake necklace.
