All of my experiences with TB have been without issue. I've enjoyed all products purchased ;-) including underwear. Delivery is fast and I love that they can deliver to the US.
I am a very vocal supporter of TB with all my mates.

This is a scam I ordered on April 30th and as of May 21, I have NOT received the products I ordered be a buyer beware this company is fraudulent and does not answer emails furthermore the tracking system is bogus. The company will give you excuses such as you purchased during their birthday event that they had problems with a delivery company and that they have a new company and that you will get your order as soon as possible like I said let the buyer beware.

Every time I’ve ordered from TB they are always well packaged and completely discreet. I have had no instance where I was dissatisfied with their customer service, they’re quick to reply to messages no matter what platform you send messages on.
The quality of their products are highly rated in my opinion and always look forward to new products/sizes.
Loved every single purchase so far and cannot wait to see what they cook up next.

My only issue is nothing with them but the damn tarriffs/Extra fees that our government seems to need.
But that's my issue.

Retrieving toy customer from EU. I appreciate the softness and the right dimension:not too tall if you like stretch without disturbing the 2nd ring, and a wide range of toys to choose from, when you want more stimulation. Everything may be stimulated at the same time in different ways using the soft, and satisfying, material of the toys. Come on, be open, stimulated and satisfied, guaranteed.

Excellent company, locally grown toys is what I like. These are definitely on the more extreme side which can be fun, just pace yourself. Only minor criticisms I'd have are 1, the tooling marks still show up on the toys which isn't bad per say, just something that would bump it up a notch; and 2, the release agent they use on the moulds takes a lot of hot water and dish soap to remove.

Great shop, great quality (toys, pp, shirts, rubber and great service! Fast shipping. No complaints at all. Well, one… too bad they don’t sell the logo t-shirt anymore. ;)

Ordering from the website was great, simple and easy. They had really great filters to find the type of bottle I'd like. Shipping to New Zealand was fast and items were well packaged too. I had a small issue with my order which was handled so bloody well, twistedbeast absolutely went above and beyond. Honestly I can't say enough good things here, I'm so bloody impressed.

I was so glad to find Twisted Beast - I love poppers, but it's impossible to get real amyl in the states. I've placed several orders now and I'm really happy with the rapid delivery. The world of customs, shipping from the UK to US, can be dicey, but every time the shipments arrive within just a few days. They warn that it can take 5-10 business days, the last delivery took five days over a weekend, so three business days.

Never received my order, tracking shows that it went through customs, but then after that made it's way back to the UK. I have emailed them but they still have not responded after almost a week.

UPDATE: Eventually I did get a response, they were bogged down from a sale they had going on. They did reship my order and I just received it today. I have not tried them yet, but can say they did seem packaged well.

Scam. Purchased from their primary web page. Never recieved after months trying. Unable to review their page. Ignored by customer service through email. Product never delivered. Other reviews citing scam are accurate to my experience. This scammer should be shut down.

Do not buy anything from this website, they sent me the wrong product and refuse to return jt. They just kept saying due to the nature or the product we are unable to offer a refund, I had not even opened the product . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

Website advertising 5 day shipping to the US, it’s been almost 2 weeks. Customer service has no sense of urgency.

Orderd 5 poppers, 2 of them came empty. The rest have nothing. It says amyl nytrite but is a mixture of something else on the bottles. Never order again

Sent me a completely different item to the one I bought and it came smashed and spilled everywhere. I do not recommend. There is lots of competition and I won't be using Twisted Beast again. Try Poppers Aroma if you are looking for reliability and, not someone charging you for one thing and sending out something cheaper in far worse packaging. Literally not what I paid for. Normally these items come in foam lined cardboard boxes or with lots of bubble wrap. Absolutely zero care and attention from these guys!

It’s a scam site. I ordered 3 bottles and my credit card was compromised. They sent me a receipt with a fake dhl tracking number and didn’t respond to my emails nor does their customer service 800 number work. Stay away from ordering from them!!

Great customer service. My order got lost in transit and when I contacted them, they offered me a full refund or to reship the order. I asked for the order to be reshipped and had a new tracking number within the hour. Great products and customer service. I will definitely continue to order from them.
