I needed Beauty of Joseon Cetella Masks, I found them here at a good price, I was delighted when my box arrived, so lovely, really sets a new standard of valuing customers. I will definately order again. AMAZING!

I did not realise this was a small business when I ordered from them - they just had stuff that the mainstream places did not. When it arrived it really made my day. There were so many extra little personal touches that really added the luxury and individuality. It arrived really quickly and was packaged well too. Most importantly, the communication has been brilliant. Cannot recommend Unblemished enough!

Ordered twice now and both times it’s been fast dispatch / shipping and really well packaged items. Always appreciate the hand written thank you note and added free samples! Extra points for the stickers too. Thank you!

Honestly I was so excited about how cheap the price was in comparison to other websites, but then when it came, it was so cutely packaged and had a hand written card with freebies, so I think it's actually a smaller company and not some big corporation? Would've never expected it with the way the website is and how smooth everything went and the price point.

Packaged carefully and beautifully. It arrived quickly and came with freebies. Would buy from again!

Excellent service. Great range of products that are priced similarly to buying from Korea however the items ship from the UK so the wait is a couple of days not weeks. Goods are packed sweetly with samples that relate to the products ordered. I will be checking Unblemish first when ordering K beauty in the future.

I am so glad I stumbled on this company! They have all the k beauty products I hae been searching for. My order arrived super quick and was so cutely packed, I will definately be buying again from here rather that the overpriced mainstream k beauty places. Love love love

Great customer service, Bianca is very efficient and friendly.

Love this place, fast delivery and always some nice gifts 🥰

First time purchasing from this company … great products and prices … Royal Mail delivery … but the packaging was beautiful and the care taken to write a note inside honestly above and beyond. Super impressed and will most definitely be purchasing again.

Great products, love the samples, stickers and note included. Had an issue with Royal Mail losing my parcel and the customer service from Unblemish was fantastic. Would 100% recommend.

I LOVE this company. I love it so much. Free samples of good stuff and kind touches with hand written notes in each order, it is just not done these days. It feels very personal, supporting this amazing small company. The opposite experience to buying from Am*z*n for example. The products are flipping great too and very good prices. Everything I've bought my skin has loved and that includes the samples. This is unusual as I normally break out from everything normally and have done for years (ultra picky skin). I will always buy from you. Thank you so much!

I was kept well informed about my order, which arrived beautifully packaged, with personal touches like a flower, a name card and samples to try. The set I ordered was a really good price and I'll definitely buy from them again. These days, using the internet to shop online is a lottery and I've had so many disappointing experiences, but this is a really good company with excellent customer service.

I've now ordered from Unblemish UK 3 times and I know this will be my go to place for ordering skincare. The customer service amazing, delivery times good and quality products. I also adore the packaging and nice little freebies included!

I used to purchase all my skin care from places like Amazon and thought I was getting the best deal, until I came across this gem. Unblemish' prices are way more competitive than any other supplier, their rewards system means you can save a lot of money in the long run too. Not only that, their customer service is unlike any other supplier; efficient and very friendly. As of now I have started buying all of my skincare from here and have never looked back! A lot of money saved, and the extra attention to detail they give on their packaging makes receiving the parcel a much more unique experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’m absolutely delighted with Unblemish! They always send something lovely as a gift — a tea sachet or cosmetic samples — which makes every order feel special. The products are beautifully packed and very well protected. Delivery is always fast, and it’s truly a pleasure to shop with them. Highly recommend! 💜

What an amazing service! Great deals on all the time and friendly staff always ready help and answer questions

This company is legit the cutest! Great value for money. Delivered within a week. Good quality products. Packaging was really cute.. made it exciting to open! Personalised little note with freebies. I did my first order a couple of months ago. Re-ordered and I even got a note saying ‘Welcome back 🩷’. Will always use this company for my future orders. Thank you! Xx

Honestly, upon seeing the overwhelming amount of positive reviews, I was a little sceptical about the legitimacy of this company. However, I do confirm that Unblemish is as good as the reviews say! My order of two products arrived within 10 days, was a good price and came with a bunch of freebies and a lovely handwritten thank you note. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a UK website for East Asian skincare and makeup, as both the range and pricing of products are difficult to beat. Look forward to buying more products from them soon! 😊

I ordered from Unblemish for the first time a few days ago, my order came fast and perfectly packaged. The packaging is the cutest thing and they were so generous to add so many little freebies to help you with your skincare journey! I have recommended this company to so many people since too! And their prices are cheaper than many other places!
