Patiently working through why yesterday's install did not work. Sorted.

Very poor customer service. As soon as we tried to move away from them - just cannot get a reply or any help or response from them at all.
Dreadful.

Locked out of my laptop. Called up Wavenet and Jonathan Hipwood sorted the issue out promptly.

Several billing issues with Wavenet after we cancelled some services but they continued to bill. Found them to be extremely unhelpful, nobody would take ownership of the issues, was passed from one department to another then to another then to another and basically told it was my fault. Not the best way to treat customers.

Reece Frendo managed to solve my issue with connecting to my workplaces server very promptly and was kind and polite whilst doing so. Thank you for your help!!

It is not often that I am impressed with sales agents but David McCree did not try to sell me anything. Instead he took th time to understand the needs of the organisation and then provided the information required for me to make a sensible decision.

I just moved into the Grand Union Studios and had a Introductory meeting with David McCree who is a Customer Experience Manager at Grand Union Studios. He explained each and evertything to me in detail and questioned all my answers. The Reception staff is also very lovely and the IT Team is also very supportive.

Nathi was very helpful and quickly resolved an ongoing issue I had with Microsoft Teams!
