Missed the first delivery attempt, but as I had asked it to be delivered to my work address I had presumed it would be delivered in office hours .They tried to deliver at 6.20 pm after closing hours.... Ver mais

What a disaster of a firm!

What a disaster of a firm! I can't see them being around for much longer. My item was picked up from the seller on 8/10, was at two depots for 11 days, shown on the tracking out for delivery on 19/10 & finally delivered 27/10.
No response to email requests, seller issued a refund.
I would not buy from anyone using Caribou for delivery, total Cowboys & I don't expect a reply from them.

If I could give this firm a zero star…

If I could give this firm a zero star review I would claimed they tried a delivery and failed when I was home and in a room overlooking the front door so their driver either went to the wrong property or fabricated the delivery log.
When I contacted them to find out what was going on they claimed the parcel had been returned to the sender, he tells me his is still waiting!
Will not buy anything in future from anyone who use Caribou as a delivery service.

Terrible

Parcel has been sat in Colchester since Monday, no movement. Tried ringing them, phone line closed, logged a ticket on their website, no response, started an online chat, no response!! Carbibou, how is it you can reply with the same response on here almost instantly but no one can answer queries on your website? You have my parcel which is a birthday present for tomorrow, sat 30th, now I have no gift. Not good enough, when will someone answer me? Please dont copy and paste the same response you've given every one else

I have received someone else’s parcel with a total different postcode?? I mean I’ve phoned them and sent email. To response was we will contact you . Oh email was wrong department . If they didn’t live so far a way I would have handed it personal .

Awful, damaging experience unfortunately.

Awful experience unfortunately.
Appalling delays in delivery and inexistent customer support. No way to talk to them. Opened 4 tickets in 7 days related to a parcel for which the tracking service has literally stopped tracking one week ago.
My parcel contains lab equipment, very much needed in time, and delivery was expected 9 days ago. No answers to tickets, left in total dark about whether I have to cancel order and buy from different supplier or wait or just get on with the fact they lost parcel.
This has severely impacted on my work. Driver shortage is a national crisis, but customer support non-existence is a major problem that only Caribou is responsible for. I would recommend never using this company.

All remaining parcels in the network will be delivered by the 5th unless the sellers ask for them to be returned.

Caribou is an independent company and had always strived to become a Premium Carrier but it always feels like there is a race to the bottom on pricing, whilst costs are increasing across the UK.

When handling parcels which is a low price and low margin area its made much harder.  For Caribou this just isn't sustainable and it would rather gracefully exit the Domestic Parcel and let our competitors enjoy this space.

Caribou is not going bust and will continue with its other Divisions in the Pallet Networks, General Haulage, Logistics, Warehousing, Same Day and it's International Traffic

SHOCKING

SHOCKING! avoid this company at all costs. Still waiting for my delivery which states is one minute away, where from? China. It has been saying this for the last 48 hours and I have been waiting two weeks for a parcel that should of been with me within 48 hours.
No phone contact, no tickets replied to no live chat, this company is a sham, which also rhymes with SCAM. They are ripping people off left, right and centre they need closing down, I did not have any option but to give them 1* they do not deserve any. They need serious investigation.
As for any positive feed back they have on here I'm certain they must be written by their own employers.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Kept Informed all the way

To be honest I had not really heard of this delivery company but I had ordered something and it was handed to Caribou to deliver. I received updates throughout the journey including one when the courier was about a mile away.
Good service.

Your company is a joke

Your company is a joke, your customer service is an even bigger joke, you repeatedly and purposely ignore any request for information on delivery, you can not expect people to believe you have a 5 star rating, I have contacted the seller and you have lost another customer, pathetic company with no management, unbelievable that you are still operating, obviously a front for a bunch of scammers,

Even worse than Parcelfarce (and that takes some doing)

Caribou left my parcel at the first distribution centre for a few days before forwarding it to a more local one where it sat for another 5 days until i prompted my supplier to give them a kick up the backside. Lo and behold it arrived shortly after. A whole 10 days after originally being posted. I always thought Parcelfarce were the worst couriers in town but it appears they now have some competition.

You had my parcel in your Hyde depot…

You had my parcel in your Hyde depot since the 13th October, was told by the company who I had ordered the parcel from it would take a couple of days. Still no parcel on the 26th October. I don't understand why you would keep parcel for such a length of time, an item that I have paid for and the delivery cost of it!
Also noticed that you keep deleting my comments on social media when I ask where my parcel is and for an update.

I ordered a parcel on ebay, should have been delivered 18th of October, been at the depot in Grantham since the 15th and still there! They've ignored all my tickets and the sellers!
Absolute jokers!!
