Rubbish

Into the second week of waiting for a two day delivery! Tracking doesnt update, online enquiries are ignored and they don't accept phone calls. Rubbish.

Going Bankrupt?!?

Do you actually have a customer service team?! You have had my parcel for 15 days... Have ignored my support ticket and email for 6 days - shut off your phone lines - unresponsive live chat (currently 36 hours and going strong)... My parcel will be delivered in 1 min....Now I've had an update to tell me it's being sent back to the sender!? You've massively distributed my business due to supplies never arriving. An absolute joke. The fact your not regulated by the CEDR explains a lot.

The amount of identical complaints in the past few days seems to point to a larger issue with Caribou - I'll be surprised if they remain operating - they're quite clearly either struggling to pay staff or have a completely failing infrastructure problem.

Someone else has summed it up perfectly... Caribou makes 'MyHermes' look like a gold star service.

The amount of random 5-star reviews with only one review popping up seems weirdly out of the ordinary...

What an absolute joke of a delivery company

What an absolute joke of a delivery company.

Expected delivery on 21st Oct 2021, never arrived and their website said it was in their depot on 18th Oct. If this was right, then why not deliver it to me?

Sent them a message asking for help, never replied.

Sent them another message, again no reply.

Sent 3rd message, again and to no surprise they did not respond.

Decided to do a live chat, and there was no one on the other end to reply.

It is now the 26th Oct, still not received my item, but their website does show they have moved to another depot today. Why, just deliver it.

If Caribou want evidence to show my actions which support my review, they can contact me and I would be happy to provide.

If you are going to use a courier, do not use this one unless you want to be ignored and your item just past from depot to depot.

Avoid, they simply are that bad.

Slow and unresponsive

Slow and unresponsive. I've been tracking my parcel which is 2 days overdue and still hasn't arrived. It seems to get moved from one depot to another where it sits for a couple of days before any further movement. Emails also go unanswered.

Good grief. Not a whisper.

I'm really not too sure how this company has such a high rating on Trustpilot. They received my package from the vendor on 19th October and today, 26th October, I'm still waiting. I have raised two customer 'tickets' (unanswered), phoned ("due to high level of calls we cannot answer your call") and their web chat goes unanswered. In essence, no method of getting in touch with them. I am also intrigued why my parcel from Halifax was delivered into Grantham (two days after order) and then to Hyde (today) when it needs to come to me in Manchester. Sending it 92 miles in the opposite direction to come back 105 miles (197 miles total) for a 23 mile journey seems ridiculous and is not really very green.

So far still waiting 14 days for a 48hr…

So far still waiting 14 days for a 48hr delivery, no reply from customer services, parcel has been out for delivery 3 times according to tracking but never arrived and 1 attempted delivery a week ago at 11.58am but as we are a business premises with staff in attendance between 8am - 8pm i can confirm no delivery was attempted! very disappointing, if you dont have the infrastructure to deliver the amount of parcels you have dont take on more!?!?

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever, took nearly 2 weeks to deliver a package with no response from customer services. These guys make Yodel and Hermes look good. Avoid.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company, if I could give them zero stars I would. They have had my parcel since the 19th October (so a week now) and it hasn't moved since. Any attempt to get in touch with them has been ignored. Haven't had a single reply to my emails. And any comments I've left on their social media's asking for an update have been deleted. Clearly nobody at this company knows what customer service is. I need this parcel for my work, and every day I don't recieve it is money lost. I ended up contacting the company I ordered from and they said they're already planning on no longer using Caribou because they have recieved so many complaints about them!

As I said they delete any negative comments on social media, they've even turned off commenting on Facebook now because they were getting daily enquiries about parcels not being delivered. But if you look at what people have tweeted about them on Twitter you will see the many negative things people have to say about them.

Stay away from Caribou.

Worst delivery company ever!!

Ordered off amazon parcel has been sat in the depot for over a week. Tried emailing and calling company multiple times no response to anything. Will be getting a refund from amazon and ordering elsewhere. Terrible delivery company don't believe the 5* reviews they are definitely not real!!!! Think they must of gone bust!

Absolutely dreadful...Ordered through…

Absolutely dreadful...Ordered through ebay and was told delivery would be within 48 hours. Nothing at all still nearly two weeks later. When checking the tracking number the item has not even been checked in to the depo of Caribou... Was told someone would contact me within 24 hrs after contacting customer services but am just being ignored...Wiill have to ask for a refund through ebay, but would really like my item instead...sad and angry..

Sloping shoulders

Ordered an item via ebay good contact from supplier expected delivery 14th Oct 2021. I gave them some extra time then contacted Caribou who raised a ticket I expected a response within 24 hours.
No response so contacted them again, they say they are having some difficulties with this carrier?
Still nothing so asked who their delivery agent was, no response. I assume Caribou are some sort of forwarding agent, middle men, and not very good at what they do. I have given up on receiving this item.

Useless.

Failed to deliver a shipment to me on time. Claimed they had attempted delivery (twice), but they hadn't. Premsies are occupied 24/7. Why lie, Caribou? Sent a delivery attempted photo- which is of a dashboard vent and the back of a truck, nowhere near the delivery location. Reached out to customer support- zero response, 4 days later. Utterly and totally useless company.

far and away the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to encounter useless tracking AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ... Some GOOD NEWS Caribou is leaving the UK market... BUT REMEMBER THE NAME
CARIBOU... AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS SHOULD THEY RETURN
