11 days and 3 apologies later the delivery finally scheduled woohoo! Or is it? NO, NOOOO CAN'T BE SERIOUS?!

The driver had the wrong item! Wrong address!

Caribou is an independent company and had always strived to become a Premium Carrier but it always feels like there is a race to the bottom on pricing, whilst costs are increasing across the UK.

When handling parcels which is a low price and low margin area its made much harder.  For Caribou this just isn't sustainable and it would rather gracefully exit the Domestic Parcel and let our competitors enjoy this space.

Caribou is not going bust and will continue with its other Divisions in the Pallet Networks, General Haulage, Logistics, Warehousing, Same Day and it's International Traffic

Late delivery and no contact.

I paid for 2-5 day delivery, it has been 8 days and there is still no sign of my delivery. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone and the estimated time of delivery is all a bunch of lies. The worst delivery company ive ever come across!

AVOID THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE WHO USES THEM

Arguably the worst couriers I have ever dealt with. They have had my parcel for over a week now and it has still not been sent out for delivery. Not only that, but they took it from their main hub (Grantham) to a location much further away from my house (Newcastle). I live in Wiltshire and it should have been sent to their Swindon depot. Finally, they have not responded to my communications, despite having a 24hr deadline.

They have now ruined a birthday, as this was a gift from my son for his Mother. An absolute joke of a company and best avoided. If I could have given 0 stars, then I would. Nobody should ever use this truly awful company.

Poor Service

We waited in all day for goods that were not delivered. Next day Caribou’s website said delivery was attempted at 23.52 but we were “oot” accompanied by a completely black photo. Since we have security lighting, this could not have been taken at our property.

Awful company for logistics

Awful company for logistics , seem unable to deliver a parcel that they have scheduled 3 times and then the courier is sent off in completely the opposite direction 60 miles to Wales to make delivery's . They are completely disorganised , customer service is non existent you open a complaint ticket which they close 48 hours later with no resolution. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical. They’ve had an item of mine sat at their depot for 9 days. No updates, no contact, no nothing. You just get an automated reply from “Tony” the same identical message every time you email. No contact numbers available anywhere so you can’t get in touch & they just ignore you. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE 😡
