Caribou is an independent company and had always strived to become a Premium Carrier but it always feels like there is a race to the bottom on pricing, whilst costs are increasing across the UK.
When handling parcels which is a low price and low margin area its made much harder. For Caribou this just isn't sustainable and it would rather gracefully exit the Domestic Parcel and let our competitors enjoy this space.

Lost my parcel and have not advised it is missing…
This review echoes the many recent reviews I have read about this company. Ordered a table on 12 October. Seller had the same shipped. It was meant to arrive last week as I need it for an event this Friday. Delivery date came and went. Revised delivery date given. The date is today but item is still stated as sitting in their Glasgow depot. I have spoken to the Seller who had spoken to Caribou previously about my item's non delivery who have apparently lost the item in the warehouse. No information on this has been provided by Caribou who just gave a delayed estimated delivery time. The Caribou phone lines don't get answered and a message states they are receiving many calls and cuts out. 7 days the item has been with them! I have asked the seller to refund and resend. I now have one and a half days to source a table else where for an event I have spent hundreds on. If Caribou had notified me earlier that they had in fact lost the package I would now not be under the pressure I am.

Terrible company
Waiting over a week for parcel after been told it would be delivered on various days but never turning up,tracking shows delivery should of been completed but then shows back at their Grantham hub,absolute joke of a delivery company.

.Don't use this delivery service
Don't use this delivery service, my parcel has been at their depot since 6 October and I am still waiting for it to be delivered for over two weeks. I emailed them 3 times with no response or acknowledgement. A very disappointed customer.

Terrible service, avoid!
A ticket was left on my door to say the package couldn't be delivered because I wasn't in and the package is now at the local depot. No information about where the local depot is (turns out my nearest caribou depot is over an hour away) or if they would try to deliver again. The package has been marked as delivered on the tracking, so I tried customer service, which has been a total nightmare. Terrible service, avoid at all costs.

Underwhelmed
Seems like this review is going to echo the underwhelming experience of many others. As item was well overdue, followed up with seller yesterday afternoon who has proven it was picked up on dispatch date stated to eBay and provided evidence to prove this together with Caribou's tracking information. This shows item as being moved from one depot to another (Hyde which is also the location of Caribou HQ) where it has sat for 4/5 days. As a result of seller following up, and then contacting us, tracking status was seen to have been changed to "out for delivery" at 9:00am this morning, so we had someone wait in all day and guess what - it still hadn't arrived at 9:00pm. No comms at all from Caribou re. delivery update or providing an option of collecting from depot if they are having logistics / infrastructure issues. We will now have to chase seller (a charity) on other items sent by them via Caribou. Will also flag to eBay users, other trading platform communities of sellers and buyers and wider network that they should check recent Trustpilot reviews when selecting a courier / delivery partner, as seeing a lot of dissatisfied people out there currently when it comes to Caribou.

Terrible company
I ordered a product from ebay and unfortunately they ended up using this company for delivery. I opened a ticket, I have not yet recieved any responses, it's just stuck at their limbo leeds warehouse with no communication. My £700 product, just stuck in their building and causing an inconvenience as I was depending on receiving it. Avoid this company or any company that uses them!
