annoying to deal with customer…
it’s annoying to deal with customer service wnho do not know your products and cannot think outside of the box. Some of these people work remotely and they don’t seem to know nor do they have coworkers to ask. They are not very well trained. rarely do I get someone who may be helpful. stop having remote workers.
Most annoying is the phone calls early morning. Just because you start work early your customers don’t. we are sick so we sleep late.

Communication used to be better
Communication used to be better. I place an order, then crickets. Several days later I get a message that the order will ship in several days. It would be nice to get a prompt acknowledgement of the order and an estimated arrival. When the order is placed, supplies are down to a few days. The lack of communication causes concern for running out.
