Thieves that won't accept returns
RGPs took a long time to arrive, but I was not in a hurry. Now, the curvature is not correct and they won't accept a return.
Therefore, they're thieves. Simple.
Rejected order a week after buying, won't come for Xmas
Waited almost week before they let me know that they wouldn't ship them because of issues with my sons prescription. The prescription expires 2/17/24 and is still valid. I'm not going to try to get a 3 way phone call with eye Dr. and AC lens in attempts to resolve. I just ordered through 1800 contacts using the same valid prescription without problems. This was supposed to be an Xmas present for my son that probably won't come on time now.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I tried to place an order on Monday and it wouldn't even let me make a payment. Then that evening I tried to call during Eastern business hours and they were closed so I used the chat help. I received an email that they got it , but never heard back from them. Then I tried to call during business hours on Wednesday again and it was already closed. So I called on Friday, by then my prescription had already expired and they said we have had lots of problems with the payment page loading. So no I shouldn't have waited so long, but on the other hand should have been able to get contacts ordered in time. VERY FRUSTRATING business to work with. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Placed my first order and it shipped next day with fast delivery. Customer Service via CHAT was very helpful and checked available inventory for me before placing my order. The price was fantastic and I must say I couldn't be happier with the buying experience.

I ordered my contacts on a Monday, which happened to be a holiday. Received a tracking for shipping the following day, and had my contacts in my possession Thursday. Best price I found. Very happy. Would confidently order from ACLens again. Thank you.
I placed an order with another company…
I placed an order with another company several weeks ago, only to find out my contacts were backordered with no expected ship date. So I canceled that and found AC Lens.. and AC Lens shipped same day soooo I’m pretty happy so far! Also, the pricing was the best I could find out of like 6 other places. I’ll update if anything changes but so far so good 😊
Terrible contacts
Terrible contacts. Must be rejects. I've had contacts nearly 30 years and have never had issues. Won't stand behind their products.
Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal. I don't even know how to put into words how you can screw up and order so much. I ordered contacts like I always do, and then they decided to reach out to my provider instead. So they took it upon themselves to order contacts which I have never used or worn, and then charge me $175 when I ordered $40 worth. Do not order from these people!
Avoid, wish I did!
Avoid, avoid avoid! Paid for my RGP's, and as ordered plasma treatment had to pay additional sum through PayPal. Followed all instructions, and e-mailed their customer service (they don't provide service despite their name!), and 7 days went by before I got an e-mail from said Customer Service advising that unless I pay for my contacts (?!) the order will be cancelled. Eventually, they conceded and placed an order, now 9 days late. It took literally forever to get my order, and then, surprise surprise, they forgot my lens solutions (?!)! After e-mailing them back asking for an explanation, got none of that, just a cold standard "We've shipped your order" e-mail. Now, that is going to be at least 2 months late! My advice - use Clearly, I will for every order from now on, thought I'd give AC Lens a try, wish I never had.

Kudos to this company and the two CSR that assisted me with my lens order. They had my prescription and filled it, but the lenses did not provide clear vision. Thinking it was a company fault, they sent me another pair. These too were no better; I checked with my doctor and I had the correct prescription. AC then fully refunded me. No problem with the company!
I recommend avoiding this company
I recommend avoiding this company. Their customer service literally went out of their way to waste my time and screw up my order. This is what happened:
1. I ordered lenses on their website and gave them my Ophthalmologist's personal cell phone (with her permission)
2. 1 week goes by and they contact me saying "the contact info is incorrect" and "we've me trying to get in touch with your doctor."
3. I contacted her over the next few days and asked her they had called her. She said NOT ONCE had they done so.
4. I contacted them and told them to process my order by the middle of next week or cancel the order
5. They contacted me and said "We've canceled your order AT YOUR REQUEST" and added an extra snide remark saying "We appreciate your business" when they REFUSED TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!
There is no excuse to treat customers like this. If they are too lazy to call my doctor they should just say so, instead of claiming they've been "trying" when the truth is absolutely the opposite. They did not call her ONCE. And I actually had permission to give them her cell phone IN ORDER TO MAKE IT EASIER AND FASTER FOR THEM TO CONTACT HER IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have received NO apology for this. I am now forced to wear old worn contacts while I order new ones elswhere because of these people wasting my time. I would have NEVER used them if I had known they would be so slow, nor if I knew they would lie about attempting to contact my doctor.

Great price and fast delivery
Ordered lenses on a Saturday. Received within a week. I saved over $100 compared to most everywhere else I checked. I saw some mixed reviews so I was hesitant at first, but BBB had them with A rating so I hoped for the best. Got my lenses quickly and as described. I would recommend to others. Cheers. I was dealing with a horrible experience after ordering contacts from another company when I contacted AC Lens. Chatting with Greg D. was super helpful. He was very friendly and checked to see if the lenses I wanted to order were in stock before I bought them. I told him about my bad experience with the other company. After I ordered the contacts, I got an update email from Greg that said they were upgrading my shipping to 2-day priority at no additional cost. I received them two days later. Thanks AC Lens! Great customer service!
Decieving Practices
IVe been wearing the AirOptix Night & Day Contacts for more than 10 years. Which means I’ve purchased them several times from 5 different websites, Walmart, and two doctors offices. EVERY time I’ve bought them they come in a 3 pair (6 pack) box. So, when I decided to order from AC Lens ones would assume you would be getting the same product, especially because they are in the same price range as most other site. In fact they are a bit higher.... Yet, when I received them I realized they sell (in the exact same box) a 3 pack (1 1/2 pairs). After researching I’ve realized they are the only company doing this.
I 100% WILL NOT be ordering from them again.
I’d suggest everyone thinking about buying here to look elsewhere. You can get a 6 pack for the same price or less literally anywhere.

Above and Beyond
Three weeks prior to using ACLens for the first time, while my daughter had plenty of contacts, I tried another vendor. And waited. And waited. Finally, I placed an order with ACLENS early on a Saturday. Within an hour, they reached out for my doctor’s info. When I called back, a warm and helpful woman asked for the Saturday hours of my doctor so she could expedite the verification. 5 days later (actual days, not business days), the contacts were at my home. Not to mention, the shipping cost to expedite then was only $3 more than standard delivery. ($8.95). The sense of urgency they had in processing speaks values to how they care for their customers. They are now the only vendor I will use to order contracts!
