3 unpleasent situations with this company:
First we had the possibility to book a flight from Bucharest to Istanbul in the morning or in the afternoon. The morning flight was more expensive. We booked that one. 2 weeks before the flight we were informed that the schedule changed to the afternoon. No refund.
2. Bucharest - Istanbul flight was supposed to leave at 17:40 we had a 2 and a half hours delay.
3. Istanbul - Bucharest flight supposed to leave again at 17:40 , another almost 3 hours delay.
Not reliable. I won t book with them again.

They canceled the flight and reassigned us to another of their flights two days later, making our vacation plan a mess. I understand is frequent practice for them. No other reason than making cuts I suppose.

Experiență inacceptabilă cu Animawings.
Din cauza erorilor de proces și a informațiilor contradictorii oferite de personal, nu am primit boarding pass pentru conexiunea OTP–SCV și am pierdut zborul — fără nicio vină personală. Bagajul a fost etichetat până la destinația finală, în timp ce eu nu am fost îmbarcată, ceea ce denotă o lipsă gravă de coordonare și securitate operațională.
Am fost obligată să achiziționez un alt bilet cu TAROM pentru a ajunge la destinație.
Voi solicita rambursarea integrală și voi urma demersurile legale conform Regulamentul (CE) nr. 261/2004.
Nu recomand această companie, mai ales pentru zboruri cu conexiune.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from an airline.
Taken advantage of the war and offered no refunds for people transiting to the Middle East.
There is a reason it’s cheap, don’t find out why and use another airline.
They changed my flight to almost 24…
They changed my flight to almost 24 hours later with less than two weeks’ notice and did not offer any alternative options. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans. The way this was handled makes the airline seem completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

I’d give them -10 stars. Lousy customer service that doesn’t answer the phone. They delay the flight and you can’t check in because they close the check in counter 4 hours before the departure. First experience with them and last!

Avoid this company
First flight with this company and it was a mess. Our flight was scheduled at 08:30 and we took off at 14:00. That made us loose our connection flight. The flight was about 5 hours long and we did not have monitors to watch a movie, like you see in other aircrafts.
We hope to never have to use the services from this company again.

First and last time flying with Animawings
First time flying with Animawings, and I truly believe it will be the last time flying with them. I went from Bucharest to Abu Dhabi, and indeed, there was bad weather in Bucharest, but all the other carriers were flying on time, and these guys had a 5 hr and 30 min delay. Ok, they blame it on the weather, but then why the sudden change of airplane from 1 big airplane to 2 smaller ones... then the captain said that there are technical dificulties hence the reason for changing airplanes... so still weather is the reason...?
in the airport, the gates were changing more often than the wind was changing directions. and for this long delay, no water or food was provided as per the law...
When calling the customer center there was a lady who was only saying that she was not given any other info than the fact that there is bad weather... in addition to that, even though selecting English in the main menue she was still talking in Romanian...
In the plane, after all those delays,s when having 100+ passengers onboard, they had only 80 sandwiches, and they didn't even think to give first time to the kids and then serve the adults, knowing that there are not enough...
I know they are a new company, but there are a lot of other companies that they can learn from, and it is not difficult to find leason Learned from others...
And exactly for the fact that they are a new company, you should have above expectation services to attract passengers, and they are not that cheap to be honest....
It was definitely my last time when flying with them.

A lot of delays. They forget about the tickets level (not giving the meal for the Passengers which have meal included). It's risky to have connecting flights with this company, you might loose it

This is the latest example from this company. They cancel flights whenever they feel like it, simply because they don’t want to operate the aircraft, sometimes with less than 24 hours’ notice before departure. Then, after rescheduling, the next day at 11 AM, just a few hours before the flight, they announce another change and move the flight to 4 PM… this is outright disrespectful.
They completely ruined all my plans for my civil wedding. The route was Bucharest – Oradea and Oradea – Bucharest.
Avoid this company as much as possible, even if you might be tempted by their lower prices. Nothing can replace a special life event that gets ruined due to the irresponsibility and lack of professionalism of such a company.
2 Zboruri anulate (MOTIVE OPERATIONALE)
Prietenul meu trebuia sa ajunga pe 19 feb in Oradea din Bucuresti ! Acesta avea biletul cumparat dinainte si era pregatit sa plece,cand deodata cu o zi inainte primeste un mesaj ca zborul a fost anulat din motive OPERATIONALE . Ok ,inteleg ca ninge afara si e cod portocaliu de ninsori,dar celelate firme de ce au decolat ,fara anulari sau intarzieri?!?!??! .Acesta s a REprogramat pe 20 la ora 14 ,dar ce sa vezi,iar i au anulat zborul pt ora 16 ,TOT DIN MOTIVE OPERATIONALE. Sefilor,eu inteleg ca ninge si asa,dar da o naibii de treaba,alte avioane decoleaza ,voi anulati si luati banii la persoane.Prietenul meu avea o intalnire ff importanta din viata lui,iar voi ANIMALI WINGS ,i ati stricat o ,nici o stea nu meritati bai borfasilor.

It's not about delay, it's about humanity
I'm writing this review before I got on the plane, it was on sale there is a delay on boarding and when I came to ask for explanation for the reason to the delay the lady make a sour face and and said to me 'that's what it is' and when I ask why she can't give me a reason for the delay she said that I need to ask much polite, believe me I asked very very gentle, and then I look for reviews to write about this company and what I found lots of people that had the same experience like mine, we can come I don't think I recommend to anyone to fly with this company!.
Poor customer service
We had +6 hours delay on both of our outgoing and return trips. The one thing which is good about this airline is the comfort of the plane. Summary: Good concept executed very poorly, cannot recommend.
