Good overall performance

I had a great experience on Wednesday afternoon. I was chatting to a lovely young lady called holly. She taught me somethings I didn’t know. The team were all young and friendly. Plenty of banter between them. It was all very relaxed and just perfect for someone who suffers anxiety. I would definitely go back with my car for tyres. Thanks guys it was a pleasure to meet you all.

Great service very friendly i will go back when required

The guys managed to fit me in as I had a slow puncture. All were really polite and welcoming.
The two lads that completed fixing the puncture were great.
Also was a reasonable price. No strippy jumper or mask at this garage :)

The staff at Salisbury ATS were very helpful and friendly this morning, after my sons car broke down on Wilton Road.
I was pleased with the way they tried to provide solution, unfortunately they couldn't rectify the issuse their diagnostic system found no faults.
A special mention to Rob and Holly for going above and beyond to help.

Fast, efficient and helpful. I first spoke on the phone about a slow puncture and was told they couldn't fit me in for another two days. I dropped in anyway to recharge the tyre with extra air and they fit me in anyway and fixed the puncture which was due to a rusty nail. Had a good chat about the tyres I will need in a few months.

They knew I was in a hurry and made every effort to speed things up. They gave an accurate estimate of how long it would take. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Staff were great and quick

Came in near the end of the day, and they got me sorted out in record time. Very good service.

Went out their way to be accomdating and had my tyre replaced soone that expected/

I just want to say that the service I received at ATS Salisbury was excellent. The young girl who was on the front desk was polite and couldn’t fault her service. I believe she was learning because she had to ask for help on something from I think the manager but that doesn’t matter we all have to start somewhere. good service, polite and friendly all round.

Amazing, fast, professional customer service. Staff worked really hard to find me the ‘best price’.

Efficient. Quick. Thorough. (...albeit expensive!) I was impressed by the professional way the car was given a wider inspection rather than having just the immediate problem dealt with.
