Balfe's Bikes - Hackney Avaliações 

The people working in the store were very nice and helpful but... I bought a Scott bike from Balfe's last year, soon after, my seat got stolen, when I contacted Balfe's Bikes to find a substitute they couldn't get an identical seat. My recent experience was identical, my dynamo front light stopped working and they couldn't find an exact match or one with identical connections. As a result I now have a worse light put together in a really messy way. I am aware that Balfe's is not responsible for the supplier's that Scott works with but as a Scott reseller I expected that they would have access to spare parts. This is why I went back to them in the first place. Also within a day of having a general service, my gears were not working properly and started jumping breaking the chain mudguard in the process. Overall it feels like my bike is in a worse state than when it went in.

generally good however I took the bike in for its 6 week service and the messed with the tire pressure and I had it the way I liked it it did not need to be changed and Im not sure what did with the chain its like its was cleaned but not re-oiled is was rusting within 2 days and there was not rust in the first 6 weeks

Bike developed a tiny crack in the frame. They got in touch with the manufacturer, and within 3 days they had a new frame delivered, and within 4 days I had my bike back. Absolutely phenomenal service; I can't recommend these guys enough.

I collected the bike and took it away the chain had not been fitted correctly and subsequently snapped after 3-4 times of riding. I emailed the store to arrange it to be fixed and received no response. When purchasing the bike the communication via email was swift. It just felt like once they have your money they’re not interested.

Perfect service

Ordered a pump bike and a phone case. The phone case didn't fit the phone and I returned back with no questions from Balfe's Bikes staff.
