Very helpful and friendly staff. Great shop and service!

Great handling by front of shop team when dropping off and collecting bike.
Good communication throughout the service itself on progress and work to be done.
Bike rides as good as new after the work.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful and one of the mechanics called Ed fixed our daughter's bikes within 15 minutes and went above and beyond to get it done and they did not charge alot either which was really appreciated and shows how genuine they are! Would definitely recommend this shop and we will definitely use their services again. Thank you all

Brought my bike in for a gear service as the gears weren't operating effectively. After collection the gears work perfectly like new !
They are very professional and know exactly what they are doing !!

I just wanted to thank Balfe for their work today. I had a bike alarm which seemed to have stopped working. My husband thought it might be the remote control but was unable to open it. . The young man in the shop opened it up and then realised that it was nothing to do with the remote. The problem was that my batteries in the actual alarm had gone flat. He took it off the bike (a very awkward operation in itself as it was behind my basket) and hey presto it worked when he inserted the new batteries. I could never have done that myself. All he charged was the money for the new batteries. He was very proficient and professional as well as very kind. Thank you Balfes.

My derailleur went into crash mode after I had to bunny hop a huge pothole, and I had absolutely no idea what was going on. I thought something was seriously wrong.
