Our specially trained team customise controllers by hand and we offer up to 550 different designs over our website. Custom Controllers UK is renowned for having the biggest range of designs worldwide.
Custom Controllers established in November 2007 offering repair and modification services. Shortly after, the customer base grew online which allowed development of a website to offer a selection of customised controllers. As customer base continued to grow so did the product range Custom Controllers had to offer. After the very first collaboration which was with the sportswear giant ‘Nike’, Custom Controllers rocketed ahead in its own market moving forward to create hundreds of new designs to release to its fan base it had developed. This attracted Games developer ‘Konami’ which formed another collaboration for Custom Controllers. The collaboration was for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Due to its huge success on release day Konami returned to Custom Controllers to Collaborate on another game ‘Pro Evolution Soccer 16’, The controller was provided to major press outlets, PES ambassadors and Gaming Celebrities during the release of PES 16 in September 2015. This controller has yet to hit the website for sale to the general public so if you have one of these controllers then consider yourself lucky to be chosen by Konami. After the success of both collaborations Custom Controllers had already earned the reputation of the “go-to-guys for custom controllers.
As standard, we include 12-month warranties with all controllers that we offer. So, whether you want an Xbox controller, or a PlayStation controller, it will be completely covered by our mechanical warranty.

Good communication. Questionable quality.
The customer service has been truly exceptional, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, I am providing a 3-star review due to concerns about the controller's quality. I acquired one approximately a month ago and have already needed to exchange it twice. To be fair, the replacements were promptly provided, and the issue was resolved within a week on both occasions.

Flawless, smooth and value for money
The website is really easy to use and easy to follow, I liked the colour options and there is a wide variety of choice & honestly my personal highlight was getting a discount at the checkout! I wouldn’t have minded paying the full price for it because it’s a custom controller but I was super happy to get a discount to make it cheaper.
Packaging when it arrived was a clean, clear and simple design which I liked and when I took it out the packaging to check I just loved the overall look, obviously I’m biased because I customised the controller but I honestly was so pleased with how it turned out, it feels so incredibly smooth and the paint work is excellent, really happy with my purchase and glad to have found somewhere to get a custom controller, when the time comes for a new one I absolutely will be coming back!

Controller arrived on time and all…
Controller arrived on time and all intially seemed well. Once I started gaming with the controller it soon became clear that the joy stick was not working as it should.
Both me and my partner have tried to contact the company 3 times and had no response. Not happy with the amount of money spent, to not even have a response regarding our complaint.

Very fast turnaround time all done within a week, that's including sending the controller off, work has been done to a high standards with no visible mark on the body, works perfectly as it should I couldn't recommend them enough thank you for fixing the dreaded stick drift issue
