Our specially trained team customise controllers by hand and we offer up to 550 different designs over our website. Custom Controllers UK is renowned for having the biggest range of designs worldwide.
Custom Controllers established in November 2007 offering repair and modification services. Shortly after, the customer base grew online which allowed development of a website to offer a selection of customised controllers. As customer base continued to grow so did the product range Custom Controllers had to offer. After the very first collaboration which was with the sportswear giant ‘Nike’, Custom Controllers rocketed ahead in its own market moving forward to create hundreds of new designs to release to its fan base it had developed. This attracted Games developer ‘Konami’ which formed another collaboration for Custom Controllers. The collaboration was for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Due to its huge success on release day Konami returned to Custom Controllers to Collaborate on another game ‘Pro Evolution Soccer 16’, The controller was provided to major press outlets, PES ambassadors and Gaming Celebrities during the release of PES 16 in September 2015. This controller has yet to hit the website for sale to the general public so if you have one of these controllers then consider yourself lucky to be chosen by Konami. After the success of both collaborations Custom Controllers had already earned the reputation of the “go-to-guys for custom controllers.
As standard, we include 12-month warranties with all controllers that we offer. So, whether you want an Xbox controller, or a PlayStation controller, it will be completely covered by our mechanical warranty.

Best customer service I've encountered
Best customer service I've encountered. Received my item quickly but unfortunately had a slight fault. Customer service responded within 30 mins and gave me the choice of a full refund or replacement. Returns policy is brilliant as well, having the choice of collection from your door, or auto generating a Royal Mail free postage label. No quibble and polite rapid response. Excellent !!

Amazing service!!!
I had broken button on my controller. I have sent it to be fix it. Not only it was fixed, but also small things on my controller were fixed aswell. As other buttons not to be lose or to be restored to brand new state. Definitely will use them in future if need them.

DONT BUY! EASILY BROKEN! COMES BROKEN!
Right so I made a review about this round about when I first got the controllers but it’s been a good while now and I’m extremely disappointed. Three of the controllers I had bought (I had bought 4) was broken. Mine was broke which I sent back and they fixed and it broke again so I sent it back again and they fixed it for the last time and refuse to fix it again if its broke but it’s fine now my partners was broke and it’s literally just about working, my brothers one also broke and he is unable to use it so they barely last a day let alone a month (no we did not do anything to break them they had literally just broke) so don’t order from here as I’m honestly disgusted how THREE controller from here can break so easily

I have checked your order details and can see that only one of the controllers you have referenced in your review has been sent to us as we track serial numbers. From our notes, I can see that the warranty sticker had been compromised showing that an attempt to fix the one controller had been attempted by someone other than ourselves.
