Our specially trained team customise controllers by hand and we offer up to 550 different designs over our website. Custom Controllers UK is renowned for having the biggest range of designs worldwide.
Custom Controllers established in November 2007 offering repair and modification services. Shortly after, the customer base grew online which allowed development of a website to offer a selection of customised controllers. As customer base continued to grow so did the product range Custom Controllers had to offer. After the very first collaboration which was with the sportswear giant ‘Nike’, Custom Controllers rocketed ahead in its own market moving forward to create hundreds of new designs to release to its fan base it had developed. This attracted Games developer ‘Konami’ which formed another collaboration for Custom Controllers. The collaboration was for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Due to its huge success on release day Konami returned to Custom Controllers to Collaborate on another game ‘Pro Evolution Soccer 16’, The controller was provided to major press outlets, PES ambassadors and Gaming Celebrities during the release of PES 16 in September 2015. This controller has yet to hit the website for sale to the general public so if you have one of these controllers then consider yourself lucky to be chosen by Konami. After the success of both collaborations Custom Controllers had already earned the reputation of the “go-to-guys for custom controllers.

Poor Product & Experience.
I ordered a set of Joy-Con's for my Nintendo Switch. They arrived promptly. There was a different feel to the controllers. The 'Home' button was the wrong size and when compared to a standard official Nintendo controller. Also the 'Minus' button was sunk too far into the surface. Nevertheless they worked well enough and looked good.
A couple of weeks after purchase, I dropped my Switch from just below waist height when carrying it. The top of the left controller cracked. It now doesn't work.
I reached out directly to Customcontrollers. They responded promptly and told me they could not provide a replacement as it was accidental damage not mechanical. I am really disappointed. I am leaving a review as I wouldn't want somebody to spend £60 and then be left in the situation I am currently in where there is no further recourse and I have nothing to show for the money I spent.

I only got my controller on the 28th of April and only used it twice but it already has analogue draft and has the wrong design, I can't get in contact with them
The controller is crap and has drift after using it twice, and I can't contact them

Terrible controllers i bought one for…
Terrible controllers i bought one for my ps5 and it broke with in two months of using it i only used it twice a week and from day 1 the triggers where making a noise and then within a month or two it completely stopped working the touch pad also broke even though i didnt use it there not official PlayStation products as stated on the website the quality is no where near they feel alot cheaper than the ps5 controllers feel like ive been scammed out of 130 quid do not buy from this company

The controller doesn’t function very well
The controller looks really nice, but i’ll be returning it because the the buttons are super sticky and the stick gets stuck. overall not a good controller will stick with xbox’s controller in future, it is a shame because the design is nice.
