Our specially trained team customise controllers by hand and we offer up to 550 different designs over our website. Custom Controllers UK is renowned for having the biggest range of designs worldwide.
Custom Controllers established in November 2007 offering repair and modification services. Shortly after, the customer base grew online which allowed development of a website to offer a selection of customised controllers. As customer base continued to grow so did the product range Custom Controllers had to offer. After the very first collaboration which was with the sportswear giant ‘Nike’, Custom Controllers rocketed ahead in its own market moving forward to create hundreds of new designs to release to its fan base it had developed. This attracted Games developer ‘Konami’ which formed another collaboration for Custom Controllers. The collaboration was for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Due to its huge success on release day Konami returned to Custom Controllers to Collaborate on another game ‘Pro Evolution Soccer 16’, The controller was provided to major press outlets, PES ambassadors and Gaming Celebrities during the release of PES 16 in September 2015. This controller has yet to hit the website for sale to the general public so if you have one of these controllers then consider yourself lucky to be chosen by Konami. After the success of both collaborations Custom Controllers had already earned the reputation of the “go-to-guys for custom controllers.

Ps4 controller arrived and was faulty…
Ps4 controller arrived and was faulty had to return and was told they'd send a new one out when they received the returned controller, but when I phoned them two days after they had received the item back I was told they didn't have anymore of that design so it would have to be repaired which would take another couple of days so I took a refund which was received, this controller had not been tested before being sent out which is why it was received faulty, the fault was the headphone socket.

DONT BOTHER, AVOID AVOID, SHOCKING SERVICE, SHOCKING QUALITY
I've been sending the controller back for weeks because it kept arriving with stick drift.
After the 3rd time sending it back,
They've finally just said all of there controllers come with stick and it's under 10% so it's acceptable by there standards.
NO AMOUNT OF STICK DRIFT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR A BRAND NEW CONTROLLER.
They claim that it's a dead zone tolerance as they don't want to admit it's stick drift. Any controller which joysticks don't reset to 0% is stick drift. Controllers do not have a dead zone tolerance, games do.
Shocking company, don't bother, they've wasted weeks of my time and can't even build a controller that doesn't come with stick drift straight out the box.
I wish I could attach a screenshot of the email they sent me stating how all there controllers come with a 'deadzone tolerance'. This is not a dead zone tolerance, it is stick drift! You can't coat it any other way. Absolutely appalling. Meant to be a professional company that can't even build a controller. If you don't care about changing dead zones on FPS games, then have at it. Otherwise, avoid avoid avoid.
Edit to reply to their response:
It's not a 7% dead zone, it's a 7% drift from the centre as it will not reset to 0%.
If you can't get joysticks to centre as they should, the company shouldn't be in this line of business. You cant say it's a deadzone tolerence, my 3 year old controller came with 0% and now after 3 years has 2%. If it's unavoidable, then how come I haven't ran into any issues with any other company other than scufgaming and yourselves.
My 3 year old controller still has less drift than the P.O.S controller you send to me. First time you sent it, it would stick at 17% and the right joystick wasn't even mounted in straight.
So you're saying your quality of controllers is so bad that you can't even beat a 3 year old controller that's used every day? Is that what you're trying to admit?
Your company should NOT be in business with the quality of controllers you produce.
Ps - I placed an order for the same controller, with no customisations from Argos yesterday afternoon,15/04/2025. It arrived 20 minutes ago 16/04. Guess what, both joysticks reset back to 0 on every movement. Clearly is avoidable.
