Many of the house plants were dried out and wilted and dying. It makes me angry, it's hard to understand what kind of management would allow this.

We enjoy the very good choice of food…
We enjoy the very good choice of food and drink and the staff are always helpful and pleasant. The only comment we would make is that there is very little staff in the actual Garden centre and on this visit we could not find a basket and had to use a trolley for the plants we did purchase. (King's Lynn) However we do enjoy our visits there and belong to the Club - for some years.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
We are regular customers at Dobbies in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. We invariably use the cafe/restaurant while we’re there & the customer service is EXCELLENT! In particular, Messaline is so friendly yet very professional, & she always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is to the customers’ satisfaction. 100% recommended!

My sister had a very special birthday…
My sister had a very special birthday so I wanted to get her something for the garden, I found the most perfect rose for her, Princess Alexandra of Kent, she was absolutely delighted with it and is already choosing it’s place in her garden, there was such a great variety of choice, so wasn’t easy choosing, great plants at Dobbies

Afternoon Tea in King's Lynn
20 members of the family booked afternoon tea. The food and service were good. The staff were cheerful and obliging. Just a suggestion, it would be so much better to leave the flasks of tea and coffee on the tables rather than pour one cup, a bit mean, and then have to bother the staff for another cup. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

Disappointing
Lovely coffee, and lovely cake. But ridiculously long queues, and seating and table areas were filthy and could use a deep clean.

Staff in restaurant serving tea and coffee were very busy with several customers waiting had at least a twenty five minute wait, but other staff around could have supported

Has opened up an additional counter to get hot drinks so no longer have to queue behind customers wanting meals and drinks.
