Do not go here!!!! Check engine light is reset to show no issues until you get the car home! 5 day return policy was not mentioned! 1500 mile warranty was not mentioned. Purchased 15,000$ car charged me 20,000 in interest. They do not go by credit so if your credit good go somewhere else. Lemon dealership 100%

My wife and I went here to possibly get a car. I wanted to go to a real dealership but we were already pre-approved here so we went here. Everything looked good at first. The vehicle we was looking at was $17,000 plus we gave $1,000 down and was happy so far. It showed theat we would be financing,$16,000 and that was ok by me. Nobody told us what was happening with the paperwork process they showed us a video. At the end of the day we had five days to return the vehicle if we wanted to. We did not do that I thought we got a good deal with a payment of $490.75 a month was not bad. Then that's when I noticed that that monthly payments would be for 70 months. I was like what the hell so I looked deep into the contract and that's when I realized that we have be screwed without any grease. A $17,000 dollar car just turned into a $33,000 dollar car. What a job we were with this scam between Drivetime and Bridgecrest. Drivetime told me " You had five days to return the vehicle " that's all they can say. I say it was a scam.
I asked them why is there only 1 key fob and they claimed that's what was given to them. Ok so I brought another fob costs me $185.00 when the real dealership cut the emergency key it turned out it was not the key for the car, so I had to pay over $100.00 for new emergency keys. I called Drivetime concerning this matter and the man told me his manager will call me back. It is now over a month and I am still waiting for the manager to call me. The OnStar just costs me over $300 dollar to fix because there was an issues with the system. Drivetime don't give a about there customers once they get their money.
Drivetime and Bridgecrest are pieces of crap company.
That is the kind of response I expected from your company. We did not realize we were paying three times the cars worth until after the five days. Then we notice things wrong with the car and so far cost us money we did not expect to pay for the repairs. By the way when is the manager going to return my call from 5 weeks ago. I have no respect for Drivetime or Bridgecrest for that both companies are scammers and I will testify to this every time I see your lying commercial on tv. I need to look into a false advertisement claim on your companies commercial.

This was the best car buying experience especially during a difficult time. The entire staff were friendly! Jamie assisted me & thankful for his guidance through the entire process! Truly INCREDIBLE & greatly appreciated his kindness, enthusiasm & professionalism! He's a gem!

DriveTime is a SHAM! I purchased a car not even a year ago. Within one month I had to have the catalytic converter replaced, then the car started burning oil excessively. I then find out that the engine in the car does not match the VIN number. Now the faulty engine has damaged the catalytic converter that I had replaced! DriveTime is willing to do NOTHING to assist. I am planning to report to the BBB as well as my local news!
