I am asking everyone to share this, I am disabled vet on fixed income, drive time sold me a lemon, nothing but repairs over four years, including new engine, I paid 18000 over 4 years plus other repairs, I can understand common wear, but in four years,the car needed new engine and then exhaust system fell out plus both catalytic converters, and they say there's nothing they can do, so basically it's almost new car and now they are selling to someone else, they don't work with you, my girlfriend died next to me in new years day, a few days later after paying 431 a month for four years plus new engine , the exhaust fell out, I had to bum a ride to the funeral, this has to stop, 18000 think about it by the way, for a 2013 equinox DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!! AND IM ASKING YOU TO SPREAD THIS WHEREVER YOU CAN, THEY WILL SAY THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND HOPE YOU GO AWAY, DON'T DO IT, START WITH BBC AND STICK WITH IT, IF YOU'RE PAYING THAT MUCH FOR CAR, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DRIVE IT!!! If you don't believe me, google drive time complaints, you have options, don't believe them, FILE A COMPLAINT AND STICK WITH IT, THEY WANT YOU TO GO AWAY, WOULD YOU WALK AWAY FROM 18000 WITH NOTHING TO SHOW? PLEASE SHARE THIS MESSAGE SO THIS CAN STOP , when I got car inspection they actually gave me money back because of low mileage, it sat in garage for a month getting engine put in and I still had to pay that, I paid for warranty which covered engine, if I didn't get warranty think about it, after four years of below average use the engine went and they don't think it's a scam, SPREAD THIS, DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES, IM PRETTY MUCH HOME BOUND AND HAVE ONLY BEEN OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES SINCE CAR BROKE DOWN, THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOUR PARENTS, I REALLY WISH I WOULD HAVE USED CARVANA !!! I CAN HARDLY WALK AND DRIVE TIME IS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF FOR OVER 18000, IM NOT GOING AWAY, so if I didn't have warranty the engine still went after four years of payments and I would still be with no car and drive time still billing me, DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!
You keep sending me numbers to call and the exact same thing comes out of there mouths, yesterday woman actually told me that after all the money and repairs I put into vehicle that they were going to fix problem and sale car to someone else, so basically I feel you sale lemons let customer fix most of car and you sale almost new car to someone else, am I missing something, 431 a month , and I had to put New engine in, I tried to work out plan to keep my car, you tell me that's not possible but you will fix and sell to someone else, think about that, I'm not giving up til I have my car or the 18000 plus that I have invested

I gave a 3 star review. The salesman that helped me and my son,Darron was great. But I bought a car that the gm was driving around so it could have used a good wash and the interior cleaned up a bit. There was no spare tire or jack which Darron got for me and put it away. The floor mats were gone which is a bummer. But Darron was a 5 star,but the car itself could have used some attention. I guess it is what it is with a used car.

Easy and quick. The salesman we had was very nice and accommodating. I think his name was darron. We went to mcknight Pittsburgh pa location. I highly recommend.

All in all it was an OK experience however, the car is definitely overpriced. They do not clean the cars and my tires probably will not pass a regular inspection but because they do all the inspections in house there could be some things that they pass up on, but we’ll see. Was not really pressured into buying the extended warranty, but they did ask multiple times.

I have had a car for 7 days from the north Pittsburgh location. Head Gasket is no good in it! Warranty company doesn’t work with any of the licensed car mechanics in my area. Drive time refuses to help put me in a different vehicle because I’m two days past the return policy. Put maybe 300 miles on the car. Obviously the car was fixed up to where it would not over heat for so many miles so they could get it sold. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought my jeep last April at drive time everything went well so this year when my daughter who want to buy a vehicle I said to go there
When she got there guy was a *** to her
Because she was 19 years old he said he didn't even want to put time in to her and it would be waste of time
My daughter worked at her job for three years makes good money had money saved up and has a credit score over 700 and he said she was to young he would not waste his time on her she was disappointed and upset when she left there
he was very disrespectful to her
So I took her to a different place and she now I a owner a a new SUV drive time should be Shame of there employees

There were very nice and professional and I want to give a special thanks to a sales woman at Drivetime on McKnight Rd Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania she worked on my deal for my 2023 Nissan Sentra that I love and purchased and it has low mileage and run smoothly I recommend everyone to Drivetime on McKnight Rd in Pittsburgh thank you.
