Vanessa Torrijos and Llia Reynolds I can’t even explain how amazing they are . World class customer service . Came in at 530 pm they was the only two working with customers in their chairs . They acknowledged me and let me know they was going to be with me soon . I was in no hurry .I was able to test drive the car and within 2 hours I was on my way home with my new car!!!!. They was very nice and pleasant to work !!’

My Drivetime experience was great! Shewan was absolutely awesome! From the test drive, explaining down-payment, monthly payment options, warranty options, features on the vehicle, you name it she covered it! She is the best salesperson I have ever had contact with! She is very knowledgeable, kind and just made getting my new Ford Escape a great car buying experience! She even helped me get my autopay set up so I don't have to worry about making my first payment, it's already set up! Everyone at the Sacramento location is wonderful and I would recommend Drivetime to anyone, especially if you have credit issues, this is a good place to start fresh!

I will start by saying! I have never had a good experience with buying cars, but with Quinton the general manager at DriveTime. I honestly felt secure leaving the lot with my new car! He made me feel secure with my options and we laughed and enjoyed the process! He was knowledgeable, honest and made it simple for me! Answered all my questions and showed me all ins and outs of my car! I will recommend DriveTime! My car was presented as a brand new car as If it had no drivers attached to it! I read the reviews and yes they were negative but after dealing with them! People are just people! I would buy any car from them again! A true blessing for me! would not accept personal check for down payment, no communication on any subject or matter reguarding sale of vehicle oil was low 1 court we bought it out right did not finance this delership is not for everyone very poor customer service we had to go 3 times to the dealership very disastisfied

UPDATE: turns out someone really just stole my car. She I went back to return the car they discovered that the thief opened the door using a hammer, we didn’t notice the damage because it was subtle. Still don’t know how the got the car started but we had to keep the car due the damage but at least they help it’s figure out how they got & I recommend everyone get the LoJack go because that’s the only way we were able to find car.

Less than 48hrs after we purchase this 2021 Nissan Versa, IT WAS STOLEN. Now when we left the dealership we were only given one key, my husband had to leave before I finalized the paperwork and he said he remember seeing two keys. I don’t know but this situation feels very sketchy and we are returning the car because I don’t understand how a brand new 2021 PUSH TO START car get stolen with no significant damage to it. It showed no signs of being broken into. So I’m not trusting this place especially because we were given ONE KEY when this car was previously a rental car. We did sign up for the LoJack Go service they added to our purchase which is how we were able to recover the car, but nevertheless I don’t feel good about this situation.

They answered all of our questions , showed us what to expect , they were pleasent to talk to. Explained everything as we went thru the buying process. It was quick and easy. It was a great experience. Ty drive time
