Covers the basics, nothing more

The apartment provides only the bare essentials - nothing beyond the basics. It includes a bed, a bathroom, and a small kitchen corner, but don't expect any additional comforts. There are also some unusual policies worth noting. For instance, the check-in time is set at 16:00, which is quite late compared to industry standards. When I requested an earlier check-in at 14:00, I was informed that it would only be possible if I paid for an additional night. According to me, that's a completely unreasonable fee for only two hours!
Additionally, guests are required to clean the apartment and wash the dishes before checking out; failing to do so may result in an extra "cleaning fee". On top of these inconveniences, the apartment was uncomfortably cold during my stay, and the shower was partly broken. Hence, while the apartment covers the basics, there are several drawbacks to consider.

Sorry to hear that your expectations was not met.

On your topics:
1. Regarding check-in, you never have to pay for an additional night, however we can give u access to the apartment earlier, dependent of availability, if we order an express-cleaning from our cleaning-company. That is generally a service that comes with a small fee <500 kr.

2. You are not required to clean the apartment, but to do the dishes yes.

3. We have temp-sensors in the apartments. This particular unit has central-heating set to 21C, which it also has registered over the last month. Dependent on preferences this can be experienced as a bit cold. However we are not in control of the heating and cannot force the property-owner to change heating for warmer temps. Everything over 18C is considered ok by swedish standards. This is also why we reminded you to bring bring some slippers and warm sweater over the winter.

4. The shower situation we are sorry for and can confirm that is has been fixed as of now.

Good stay

At first, there was a small issue with the Wi-Fi not working, which was a bit frustrating. But as soon as I reached out to the team, they responded quickly and got it fixed in no time. After that, everything went smoothly—the apartment was clean, cozy, and in a great location.

Ok lägenhet

When I arrived, there was a small issue with the heating not working, but I contacted the staff, and they fixed it really quickly. They were super helpful and made sure everything was perfect for the rest of my stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

Det var lätt att checka in, och lägenheten var fräsch och hade allt jag behövde. Läget var toppen, nära till butiker och restauranger. Allt gick smidigt, och jag skulle absolut bo hos dem igen!

I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly. The place in Södermalm was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. I would highly recommend Guestit to anyone looking for a nice and easy stay.

smooth and fine

It was smooth and fine. We booked a one-week stay in Stockholm. It felt a bit strange using the app at first, but once we followed all the instructions, it worked perfectly and turned out to be amazing (even though I was initially skeptical).
During our stay, we had an issue with the shower, but the host responded quickly and sent us a new shower hose within a few hours.
Overall, we had a nice stay and will definitely use it again 👍!

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company! False advertising!
We were a bit sceptical at first as they had multiple listenings with exactly the same pictures but did not think too much of it as it was on Airbnb, a company that we know and trust. Once the payment went though we got a list of rules and extra charges should we break any of their many rules and both mine and my partners IDs had to be provided to confirm the booking.
Upon arrival the bed was not the same as the one on the pictures. It was the cheapest IKEA bed they could find. They stated that in their T&Cs it says that it is one of many similar apartments with slight variations in layout and decoration. But rest assured that they are all of the same quality and standard. Their argument was that it was just the bedding that was different but the size of the bed was clearly different which is not the same quality or standard. I can guarantee their response to this will say something along the lines of it's just a decorative difference but a bed is an amenity. On top of that the apartment building had an eerie feeling like it used to be a hospital or mental institution and it smelt like that too. As a result we left immediately but they refuse to give us a refund. Our investigation then started and we saw that it was not Olof renting the apartment but this "company". Again the face featured as the host on Airbnb does not match any of the employees on the company website. As stated to Airbnb I will not let this go and will be taking it up with ARN.

Sorry to hear that your expectations was not met.
You never contacted us to settle the situation, you just left. Hence it is very hard for us to accomodate your needs.

Regarding your claims, it is factually in-correct regarding bed-quality, it is the exact same beds, bought at the exact same time <6months ago in all units in the units at the relevant address. Apart from that neither we nor any other Airbnb hosts known to us allow a full refund after check-in due to the quality of the bed (not broken bed).

We always try to accomodate our guests needs, especially when misunderstandings happens. I urge you to communicate your needs next time and give the company you are contracting a chance to help you out.

Har inte ens kommit iväg ännu och det är bara krångel . Får inte att få tag på dem . Dem svarar inte i telefon och heller inte i deras chat som den önskar att man skriver i .
Får väl se hur det går idag när jag ska försöka få tag på nyckel.
Den lämnade till och med ett nummer som inte var i bruk.

Guestit.se sent a secure payment link for payment of the booking, made originally with Bookings.com. Money was transferred in full, then they cancelled the booking, Guestit do not return calls or emails. Money has not been refunded. Stay well clear of this company. Fraudulent company!!!

Not so serious company

First red flag was I was able to figure out that they actually used AirBnb for the apartment listing comparing websites, so this is essentially a service on top of other services. Second red flag was that it was stated in the description of the property that 500kr cleanup fee would be taken from the person if they didn't tidy up after themselves, yet they already included the 500kr cleanup fee. Third red flag was that I also booked them via Klarna set to pay in 30 days (so essentially credit) yet the day before arrival they forced me to enter my debit card details and proceeded to withdraw funds. After having done so they didn't even cancel the Klarna credit payment so I had to contact Klarna to pause the payment and then try and contact Guestit about it. I have now been forwarded and talked to 4 different people who apparently have no idea what is happening. Stay away from this company.
