Went to China so was unsure about booking myself online. Catrina at Hays handled everything for me...booking, visa info, vaccinations info, money and travel bank card.
She kept in contact, answered any questions and even phoned when I got home to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As always Christopher knows what we require he checks everything from the flights seating and our insurance and always checks if we require anything else. Once again he is most helpful first class.

Hays travel in Alloa is one of the best there is it doesn’t matter who you get to assist you they can’t do enough for you from booking holidays for you to travel money every body is so helpful Chris booked our holiday and as always can’t do enough for us he’s a we star so be proud of your Alloa branch cause there there up there at top of there game

This is the second visit to this travel agent as the last time they were so friendly and helpful. We spent a while booking two holidays and nothing was a problem. Explained everything and even went as far to book car parking and insurance. Will definitely be back to book another holiday with this travel agent

Gave christopher a price and list for a cruise in 2028 to see what he could do for me and gave me a call not much after that could not beat the price as deal had finished but was not that much of a difference just a quick response
