We knew what we wanted and normally deal with Viking Cruises direct in Wimbledon. Whilst in Andover we popped into Hays told them what we wanted so we booked with them.

Kaylee was very helpful whilst dealing with Viking. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. We have seen her before for a trip last year to Porto which was lovely.
