My experience on the8/7/2026 was fantastic. The lady who dealt with us was very efficient and was able to let us know everything about or holiday.Will definitely use them again.

Amy made my family holiday very easy to arrange, she went above and beyond when we struggled to book the hotel we wanted with the rooms we wanted, finding a way to make our booking possible, I could recommend Hayes and Amy highly enough, thank you so lunch

I booked a holiday yesterday and was unable to make payment by phone despite trying over 20 times. I had to drive over 50 miles and pay for car parking while I visited your shop and paid for it.
I was told staff weren’t allowed to take payments by phone.
I was very unhappy as you can imagine to have to spend most of the day just paying for my holiday! Disappointing!

As usual Donna makes our booking easy, as she knows her customer needs. Always finds us the cruise that we want and will make suggestions of any other cruises with offers on that we might like.
