Lovely friendly lady who was so very helpful and positive

Always a good reception by the stafc no matter how busy they are.
Very knowledgeable about holidays, insurance etc.
Never have had any problems with holidays booked through Hays.

Claire was very inciteful about the holiday destination that we had seen displayed in the window when we were passing by. Claire was patient and took the time to tailor our holiday to suit our needs and budget, we were really impressed with the service that we received, there was a young man on the currency desk forgive the spelling I think his name was Derry, he was very helpful too. What a great team and asset to Hays travel we look forward to booking with you again. Very best regards
