As explained, holiday prices are live and are always subject to change. Unfortunately, this means prices can increase or decrease at any time before a booking is confirmed.
When you raised your concerns, we did everything we could to reduce the cost of your booking further and were pleased that we were able to get the price much closer to the difference you had identified. During your visit to the branch, you expressed that you were happy with the service you received, and your kind gesture of bringing us cakes was greatly appreciated.
We’re genuinely sorry that the price had changed since the initial booking stage, and we understand how frustrating this can be. However, we’re pleased we were able to reduce the overall cost as much as possible.
I will be reaching out to you directly to see if there is anything further we can do to regain your trust and restore your confidence.
