The staff were very welcoming and chatty. We went in to pick up our travel tickets and our Euro’s but decided to book a holiday for 2027 too.

Erin was fantastic, very knowledgeable about destinations and hotels etc. So polite and friendly and worked very hard to get flights and hotel within my preferred budget. Such a lovely experience and booked 2 holidays in one day, didn't feel rushed or pressured into decision making.

The company was very helpful and really assisted us when we had to change 2 members of our party.

Erin has been simply fabulous at finding me two holidays for this summer!!! Two totally different holiday requirements.
I am delighted and will be back to book my November holidays x

Very pleasant service and very efficient

Very good service our agent was very patient and answered all questions asked. Nothing was too much trouble and she found out everything we needed to know. Sure we will have a special holiday and feel confident with jet 2.

Tina at Buxton is a delight to deal with, found various options for us made booking so much easier than doing yourself. We are looking forward to our holiday in a few weeks time and highly recommend using Hayes and big shout out to Tina excellent Customer Service!
