This is the first time using Hays Travel. We were made welcome as soon as we entered the shop. Our holiday was organised for us by Megan. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She gave us all the options that were available to us, and she made the whole experience of booking our holiday pleasent and relaxed. We will definitely go back to Hays again for future holidays.

all went smoothly
Booking a cruise and all went smoothly. The agent explained some of the differences in flight options. Very friendly and helpful.
We pretty much knew what we were booking but we use Hays for peace of mind when booking a cruise.
