Fantastic Katelyne and Victoria at Falkirk depot really pulled out all the stops Made us at ease and we could feel over the phone that they were doing their best and they did. Collecting our paperwork on Friday First time dealing with Hays and can't see it being the last. Thanks girls 😊

Booking our holiday was made easy thanks to the young lady who assisted us. Her knowledge of our requirements and her manners were a great help.

Yet again we have booked a cruise with Hays Travel, the staff at Falkirk are very helpful and we always feel like we got a good deal. they also sort out all the paperwork and tickets so its so much easier.

She tried numerous times over a 2 hour period to book an accessible cabin on several different ships, but all accessible cabins were fully booked. Eventually she was successful and found a cruise that we were very happy with.
