Helpful, friendly and efficient staff at Hays Formby
Lily was friendly, welcoming and professional. She even remembered us from a previous visit to get our currency. Lily organised our holiday and checked at each point to make sure everything was correct. She cross referenced with other tour operators to ensure that we got the best deal. Nothing was too much trouble. As we had already stayed at the resort and hotel, Lily was very keen to ask questions to develop own knowledge which she could then pass on to future Hays Formby customers. She was genuinely interested in our experiences.

Jessica was very helpful.As the cruise was proving very popular cabins were selling quickly but she persevered and got the cabins we wanted. Also making sure all our information was correct.

Entertaining half hour.
Jess at the Formby branch was brilliant, as usual, and it was quite entertaining watching her deal, professionally, with a couple who were unsure of the procedure. She always seems to be pleased to see us and always has a smile on her face. Great experience again.
