We went into Hays in Foyleside in Derry I love going in there because the staff especially Caoimhe who we dealt with are so helpful and great to talk to. The booking process took no time at all and everything was explained to us.

Jonathan services me that day I went to book he was very helpful and very knowledgeable after explaining what we wanted. He was very professional a great asset to your business

I have booked a family cruise for next year, and I dealt with Laura who couldn’t do enough for me! She sorted everything, got me a fantastic, and was super friendly! Would highly recommend!

When we went into the shop we gave an idea of what we wanted for our holiday and were giving exactly the type of holiday that suited us the staff are amazing at their job in the Folyeside store will never go anywhere else again for a holiday

Everything was messed up but we got it sorted , well I thought we did , until I read my booking, then I discovered that it wasn’t what we were told , so I was told something different on the phone then when I was in the shop it was changed, then it changed again on the booking, it had went up in price from what I was told on the phone, so that was ok we let the go , as people can get it wrong, so we went through everything and I mean everything, then when I got the paperwork our room wasn’t on it , I phoned up and I was told it would be in an email, so then they sent the email and it again wasn’t what we had asked for and what they told us , now they want us to pay extra money to upgrade, when this was not the case , we were totally miss led, I’m totally frustrated with this , so no I wasn’t happy, and we have it all booked , the reason we had asked for the certain room as two of us had been through surgery, I would appreciate it if someone could call me regarding the matter , we needed something to look forward to , your sincerely Mary Bradley

We went with a last minute booking a holiday The lasy was able to do everything for us in an instant.. printed our tickets & were set to go would definitely use Hays again .
