We visited Hayes and after initial helpful advise looked into insurance then returned to book a city trip for the October half term. Everything seems to be in good order so far but we have to return in a few weeks for currency and our baggage labelling etc and are probably better giving a fuller comment once this has been done.

Booked a cruise holiday for June 2027 at Hays Travel Heswall Wirral. My wife and I found staff to be professional, helpful and knowledgeable.The booking process was smooth running and we felt confident when we left the shop.
