Lisa was excellent when booking our holiday and gave us many hotels to choose from within our budget. I contacted her a few times and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble. I will definitely book with Lisa again at Hays Travel and recommend her to friends and family.

Like having your own private holiday planner!
Lisa makes everything so simple - taking time to work out what you want and then finding only things that are going to work for you. And also thinking of those little extras eg if you have a late flight back, getting a late checkout on the room etc. And also when we said we had found somewhere looking further and finding there was building work near the hotel which could affect things - invaluable. It is those little details which make a world of difference rather than just booking online and hoping for the best.

Excellent service from a warm, knowledgeable, and creative travel consultant.
We have recently booked two very different holidays with Lisa and have found the process to be great on both occasions. Lisa is incredibly professional and knowledgeable; Lisa listens so well to what you want and don't want and was able to present a number of options for us to consider. Lisa's warmth and bubbly personality made the process much more enjoyable and we really appreciated her diplomatic advice. Lisa is very good at finding hidden gems and pays close attention to the finer details that we would have missed. We will no doubt be calling upon Lisa for all of our holiday plans now!
