What can I say, always a very helpful team - I knew what I wanted and they booked it without fuss. All sorted for 2027. Would recommend them for all holiday bookings even if you know don't know what you want, they are ready to help.

Else in Locks Heath centre was very friendly and informative in helping my friend and I to book our next two cruises. I also asked her about insurance for both trips and again very good and informative. My third visit to Hays Travel, would recommend.

Suzanne has always been our main contact and she is so friendly and helpful as are all the girls who have looked after us when Suzanne is not working what we find most pleasing is that we are recognised as we open the door and any queries (however trivial)are answered with good grace the care we receive is top notch definitely ten out of ten

We popped into our local Hays Travel office on the off-chance - we don’t usually use travel agents - just do it ourselves.

Elspeth greeted us warmly and from the very beginning was polite, helpful, very well informed and so patient. We had very specific requirements - and she took the time to listen and showed us a lovely selection of holidays without wasting time. We ended up booking a great looking break to Crete, it was quick, easy & efficient. It looks amazing and I’m sure we’ll love it! Elspeth is fantastic - I’d recommend Hays and her to anyone. We arranged an extensive trip to Australia via Dubai and returning through Bangkok. Leah listened carefully to our requests and designed a thorough itinerary for us including flights, hotels and transfers. Unfortunately a week into our trip the news informed us of a worrying escalation of hostilities between Iran and neighbouring Arab countries including UAE, where we were due to transit on our return home. I contacted Leah via email and she quickly reassured me that Hays were watching the developments closely and would get us home at the end of our holiday.
Three weeks before our scheduled return home, I had an email from Emirates to inform us that one of our flights had been rescheduled for 12 hours earlier. This meant a transfer window of over 12 hours in Dubai. I contacted Leah and she quickly sorted this out for us to reduce this to one and a half hours; I think after some assertive negotiation from Leah. We can't thank her enough. Great service.
