We rang just before closing hours , however the staff , were very helpful , and didn’t rush us , we booked our holiday for October, very satisfied

I’ve travelled for over 40 years. I was very anxious about booking but was not rushed in to a decision and given reassurance as well as good advice. The booking process was easy and I feel much more confident about my holiday.

We received a warm greeting on arrival, nice friendly atmosphere amongst staff. Very nice lady remembered my wife going in to see one her colleagues earlier in the morning and was instantly up to speed with the holiday we were interested in. She checked for a better deal gave us good advice and checked us in as part of the process.
