We always book our holidays through Hayes and we always have the assistance from Shelley, who seems to pull out just what we need. SHELLEY always goes one step further ensuring that we will get just what we want. Even to the extent of staying behi d to ensure that we were happy.

I have visited hayes travel many times and always received excellent service. The staff are always very helpful friendly and know what they are doing. I would not go anywhere else.

The service was excellent, the travel assistant could not have been more helpful. She was very good at explaining in detail the differences between the different holidays on offer in the area we were wanting to be. My friend and I booked a holiday we were sure was the one that suited our needs and wishes. Her knowledge was invaluable. .
