I just wanted to leave a review to recognise the exceptional service Samantha Simpson has provided. I honestly don’t know how she managed to stay so patient with the number of times my sister and I changed our minds about holiday destinations and travel dates – she truly deserves a medal!

From start to finish, Sam was incredibly professional, friendly, patient and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, , and she made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier and found us the perfect holiday.

Sam is an absolute credit to her team, and we genuinely can’t thank her enough for everything she has done. We are so excited for our holiday, and that’s all thanks to her hard work and dedication.

Excellent service with Samantha Simpson quick and efficient

I was contacted very quickly by Samantha to help me arrange my holiday using salary sacrifice. She took the time to introduce herself and explain the process and then listened to my requirements. She didn't try to upsell anything as I think she knew I had already a good idea of what I needed and that upselling may have prevented me from booking. Samantha got everything booked efficiently and quickly but ensured she found me the best deal and best flight times etc. I think the only thing I'd suggest improvement on is the documentation you recieve via email. It's not overly clear about check in processes, luggage etc. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Hays Travel again and would definitely recommend speaking to Samantha as she was excellent and efficient.
