Helpful staff, managed my expectation, she was not helped by the travel insurance company who cut her off after waiting 10 minutes. Apparently they close early on a Saturday. Will sort Monday so no worries.
Booking holiday and car parking, that’s the easy way for me.

I was absolutely delighted with the service l received helped us find the holiday we asked for. I have booked with Hays travel before and very satisfied would book again for my next holiday.

We think her name was Lauren who served us. We came in for a last minute deal and she helped us pick a really good deal and gave us loads of Information about where we are going! Thank you again :)

I have booked through Hays travel a few times, mainly because of the service I receive it's always first class , I have booked a cruise and was dealt with by Ann who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making the whole process enjoyable.

Absolutely love booking our holidays with the girls at North point ! Usually we go in to book, but was such a hot day, so we rang instead. Really love that Sarah and Elise always remember our names and ask how we are doing. It's like talking to a friend. Service from Elise yesterday was 110% as usual! The girls always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. Booking is always stress free and chilled. Wouldn't book with anyone else. Keep up the excellent work girls ! The travel consultant that dealt with us was Ann and she was very knowledgeable on Tenerife, the hotels and the area, she was very patient and found exactly what we wanted in a holiday. Great service! Would definitely book with Hays/Ann again!
