Dawn in the prescot branch was very helpful and friendly , she looked for some amazing deals for us and made the booking process nice and simple explaining all we needed to know and helped with all questions we had. The service we received was 10/10 and couldn’t fault it at all. The store was nice n bright clean and presentable and the other staff in there at the time also seemed very pleasant.

Very helpful, quickly found hotel we wanted, advised only two left of room type needed, talked about hotels amenities and the resort itself.

I had an issue with my currency travel card. The first lady I spoke to was extremely helpful however she was insure of the procedure. She informed she would ask her Manager to assist me. The Manager , Anthony came into the Reception area and assisted me immediately. He was friendly ,professional and efficient. It was a refreshing change to discover such a high standard of customer service in the world of today. The staff are welcoming and genuinely want to help. Thank you so much for your time I really appreciated it.
