I had a brilliant experience yesterday in hays travel redcar went in with a holiday I had found on the Internet at a really good price and cloe matched it straight away, cloe chatted away tell us about her experiences in Turkey and we were telling cloe about our experiences on the last holiday we had been on in morroco cloe is very friendly and very helpful.

Excellent Staff
Very friendly and helpful staff.
I was in the shop over 2 hours. Sophie was such a lovely girl who managed to sort out my flights to NZ via Hong Kong which was no small task.

We only called into Hayes to enquire about a holiday, the member of staff (Louise) was more than helpful and we ended up booking it there and then.
