I felt as if the staff were doing me a favour, just general demeanour is poor. Additionally, I had made a specific request before the booking was made, this was not done and once the booking was made any change could not be made without paying for it. When challenged on why my request had not been made, I was met with ambivalence and no explanation. In the grand scheme of things, this is of little importance - but, you asked.
