We popped in to Hays Travel in Shanklin on the off-chance that they may have a late booking availability to go to Mallorca in a couple of weeks and as usual, we were met with a smile and told yes of course we can help, which Teresa did and we are very happily looking forward to another adventure.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Always greeted with a friendly hello by the staff upon entering the shop. I always know which holiday I intend to buy, but the helpfulness and expertise provided make the whole process enjoyable (even when it comes to payment!!)
I would not book my holidays with anyone else.

Superb service.
Once again the amazing ladies at shanklin branch were great. They took their time and found me the best deal for my holiday, checking flights, times and accommodation until they found exactly what I was looking for, nothing was too much trouble. Once again a full on 5* for these lovely ladies.

Staff friendly and really helpful. Explained all i needed too know, checked if anything could be cheaper if I moved days about. And ensured that I could ask anything before I left for my trip. The staff know me as I've been using your company for more years than I can count, and they have always been so helpful, not only 2me, but I've listened too the way they helped other customers. My only sad point you don't do luggage tabs anymore 😕 😪. You should invest in a reusable tag, so it advertising your company, i would pay for a luggage tag (£1). Thanks for your service.

Helpful, friendly and perfect holiday booked
After requesting more details and a quote for a trip to Istanbul and Cappadocia, Sarah created a fantastic trip to for me. The booking process was very easy and the customer service was outstanding.
