Always a good experience in the Stirling branch of Hays Travel. The staff are very knowledgeable & friendly. Nothing seems to be a problem for them. They go above & beyond to get the holiday/flights to suit your requirements. I'll definitely continue to use their help.

It was so great to with book Hay's Travel. I will definitely use them again. Compared to other travel agents. Amanda was so efficient, she knew exactly what holiday I wanted. She said they would phone me back and Mathew did exactly that. Excellent service and enthusiasm. Just what Stirling needs.

Great service from Amanda who took time to find us the right holiday after the one we were originally looking at from a Hays travel email turned out to have no flights from a Scottish airport . I found this quite annoying but thankfully Amanda saved the day .
