Made very welcome by the staff at Hays Travel Stourbridge and Tracy was as brilliant as usual helping us to book our holiday. Always a pleasure to visit the
office and nothing is too much trouble.

Staff always make time to listen to what we want from a holiday and are always willing to try different dates, accommodations or even destinations. We have seen Tracey the last few years and she always remembers us and makes us feel welcome.

As always it was lovely catching up with the Hays ladies at Stourbridge & being able to get the holiday I wanted. I paid off the balance of one holiday & paid a deposit for another at a great price.

Very helpful and knowledgeable holiday sales person. Very efficient in getting the correct holiday for us. Very smooth transaction it filling out the holiday schedule. Staff were warm & welcoming on arrival. Identified that there were no longer any cabins at the advertised price on that date & gave us alternatives. Showed us the location of these on the deck plans & gave us a copy of the brochure contains these. Researched & answered the other questions we raised regarding parking & trips out. Made us aware of the travel insurance requirements & additional services they were able to provide to us nearer departure. Reassured us that we could callback with any further queries as needed.
