Popped into store after seeing a cruise offer on the app. I explained which offer I'd seen and Nicola soon had all the information on the computer. She set about taking all the details about the cruise. Found us the right cabin and arranged transport for us. Asked us about insurance and money if we needed any. Then we paid and all was done, thanks Nicola.

Everything went fine. We knew where we wanted to go and the hotel we wanted to stay at. The agent booked everything very quickly going through all the fine details etc. They then printed everything we needed off so we could go through everything at home.
