Ruby was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she seemed very knowledgeable with the systems, explained everything clearly and was polite and friendly.

Excellent help, very friendly

Our visit went smoothly owing to the competence of the staff manager Caitlin who served us and booked our holiday and hotel for us.She had now three other members of staff in the office which was good as there has often been just one at previous visits.Caitlin always tries to assist my friend and I as we are both old ladies with limited knowledge of computers etc.If rest of staff modelled on her you won’t go wrong.
